Our experiences throughout life can determine how we view ourselves, how we view the world and other people in the world. If some of these experiences have been negative, this can affect the way we think about ourselves and can manifest the way we behave as a result.
Having low self-worth, can have a harmful effect on our mental health and all aspects of our lives. I work with all adults, but specialise in working with males.
I aim to provide a safe therapy space for my clients to reach a shared understanding of your problem. Helping you to improve the quality of your life by developing and learning strategies to move forward now and for the future.
I undertake regular clinical supervision and CPD to develop and further my skills to ensure I can offer the most appropriate, timely and effective interventions.
In addition to the individual therapy sessions, I also offer wellbeing workshops and bespoke workplace training.
